Hug Me Dogs began with one very loved dog 🐶

After seeing my own dog in hospital and watching him sick on several occasions, I found myself searching for something comforting and meaningful for him. During that time, I came across a style of dog toy that felt different from anything else on the market. It wasn’t just another toy. It represented comfort, companionship, and emotional connection during difficult moments.

That experience became the beginning of Hug Me Dogs.

I realised so many dog toys were overly bright, cheaply made, or lacked the warmth and simplicity I was looking for. I wanted something softer, calmer, and more thoughtfully designed. Something dogs genuinely loved carrying, cuddling, and playing with, while also fitting beautifully into the home.

Our unique style and branding are built around the belief that dogs are not “just dogs” ❤️
They are family members, best friends, emotional support, and part of our everyday lives.

That’s why our signature plush puppy and plush rope toys are designed with soft textures, neutral tones, and reinforced stitching to create toys that feel comforting, beautiful, and made with care.

Every part of Hug Me Dogs is inspired by the bond we share with our pets and the love they give us so unconditionally 🐾
